Included Booth Material

Your booth will be equipped with the items and services detailed below. For any additional equipment, prints, or materials, please utilize our exhibitor shop by the deadline of 21 March 2025. You can access the exhibitor shop via the exhibitor portal

If you are not hiring a custom booth constructor, your standard booth will be set up and ready for occupancy on Monday, 5 May 2025, at 18:00.

Standard Booth Inclusions:

  • Rear and side construction walls
  • Aisle sides open
  • Front panels with company name on aisle side(s) (max 20 characters)
  • 1 LED spotlight for every 3 sqm of stand space
  • Basic table (180 x 40 cm, 72 cm height, chrome legs, white top, with tablecloth)
  • 2 basic chairs
  • Power outlet (230 V AC, 3.5 kW 16A “Schuko”)
  • Standard construction walls: approximately 250 x 100 cm (H x W)
  • Interior space for posters: approximately 240 x 95 cm (H x W)
    Important: When attaching posters, use residue-free removable methods, such as adhesive strips!

For waste disposal for small items before and after the event self-service trash bins will be provided at central points for this purpose.

Individual Stand Construction

If you're considering designing a custom booth instead of utilizing the materials included in your booking, it's essential to discuss specifics like stand height, fire safety measures, construction timing, and logistics with us at your earliest convenience.

You're free to hire a construction company for your booth setup. If you're still searching for one, we recommend our trusted partner, expofair Berlin. They can either handle the construction or suggest reliable construction firms in the area.

Ceiling Suspensions / Hanging Points

Enhance the prominence of your presentation by suspending materials, such as banners, from the ceiling directly above your booth.

This service requires a minimum of 2 hanging points. The exact cost varies based on the booth's position within the hall and the intricacy of the setup. As a rough estimate, 2 suspension points from the rigging might be priced at 1,000 EUR + VAT.
Please contact us to determine the exact costs and to coordinate construction.

Limitations:

  • The distance from the edge of the stand must be at least 1 m.
  • The lower edge of the suspended material should be between 3.5 and 4.5 m from the ground.
  • The height of the suspended item must not surpass 2.5 m.
  • All relevant regulations must be strictly followed.
  • Approval is mandatory from both the event organizer and the venue.

It's crucial to ensure timely delivery by coordinating well in advance of the event's start date.

Exhibit Placements

To showcase your company’s products more prominently, consider displaying them as exhibits outside your booth within the event area.

Price: 50 Euro/sqm + VAT, with a minimum booking of 4 sqm.

Logistics Note: On-site logistics will be overseen by BISCHOFF Event Service & Transport (details provided below). This might result in additional charges. Furthermore, BISCHOFF can handle the entire logistics process, starting from your location.
