The venue

The Estrel

The 20th Pipeline Technology Conference is set to be hosted at the Estrel Berlin, one of Europe’s largest convention and hotel complexes.

The Estrel seamlessly merges a First Class Superior hotel, boasting over 1000 beds, with an expansive Congress and Convention area within a single architectural ensemble.

Both the Exhibition and Conference will be held within the same area of the complex. All breaks are scheduled to occur within the exhibition area.

Estrel Berlin
Sonnenallee 225
12057 Berlin
Germany

Directions

The Estrel Berlin is conveniently accessible both by car and public transportation:

  • The proximate highways, A100 and A113, are a mere 1.5 kilometers away.
  • The Berlin-Brandenburg airport (BER) is situated 13 kilometers from the venue.
  • The “Sonnenallee” S-Bahn commuter train station is a short 3-minute walk away.
  • Both a bus stop and taxi rank are conveniently located right outside the hotel.

Additionally, the hotel’s underground parking garage provides 450 parking spaces. For more detailed directions, please click here.

Restaurants & Bars

If you're considering inviting current or prospective partners for a meeting, the Estrel’s restaurants and bars offer the perfect setting. An overview of the restaurants and bars located within the Estrel Atrium can be found here.

The two Atrium bars serve as popular gathering spots for ptc participants, especially after an exhaustive conference day, following ptc get-together on Tuesday evening and the Dinner Invitation night on Wednesday evening.
For meetings, ptc holds their own meeting rooms ready for you within the event area. For larger meetings, we gladly book a meeting room within the Estrel for you.

Accommodation Advice

Even though the Estrel, with its capacity of over 1,000 beds, stands as Germany’s largest hotel, it's expected to be fully booked during ptc 2025.

To maximize your ptc experience, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation directly at the Estrel Hotel. We've reserved a special room contingent for our attendees. For more details, please visit our website.

Documents

As an exhibitor at the Pipeline Technology Conference, it's imperative to adhere to the regulations set forth by both the venue, the Estrel, and the organizer, the EITEP Institute. The official documents outlining these regulations can be accessed below:

EITEP

The rules provided here are applicable to all events organized by EITEP, including the 20th Pipeline Technology Conference. If you have any questions or require clarifications, please contact us.

Estrel

If you're considering having your stand custom-built by a stand construction company, these guidelines are crucial. However, if you don't plan on this or intend to use Expofair for stand construction, most sections of this document may not be relevant to you.

The guidelines also detail conditions related to food distribution, water and wastewater installations, and the use of radio frequencies (e.g., Wi-Fi, Interpreters, Exhibitors). For any inquiries, please reach out to us first. We will then liaise with the venue on your behalf.
